The POC Mastermind program provides access to resources not available anywhere else! Leaders participate in 6-months of calls with your trusted cohort, engage in needle-moving discussions and take on comfort zone-stretching exercises. This learning experience is designed to help you grow your confidence, communicate more effectively and handle conflict without fear!

Mastermind calls are like Vegas… what happens there stays there! All participants agree that the details of our meetings will be confidential, which helps create and maintain a safe environment.
Without spilling the beans of who said what, some of insights shared are too good to keep secret. The Mastermind Chronicles give you a look inside the conversations while maintaining confidentiality.

We are taking the Mastermind experience to the next level with an IN-PERSON retreat experience at Camp because I said I would near Columbus, OH. This 92 acre resort-style property has everything needed to create the perfect environment to learn, let go, share and GROW!

Location: Camp because I said I would in Walhonding, OH. Camp is located one hour NE of Columbus, OH airport (CMH).
Driving to the Camp or renting your own car are also options.

Arrive into Columbus, OH, on October 12. Transfer provided from Columbus airport to Camp for afternoon/evening activities
Transport will take you back to the airport on October 15 after breakfast
All meals, lodging and airport transportation from CMH to the Camp and back are covered in your program fee
Participants are responsible for their flights (or ground transportation) to/from Columbus, OH
Programs run October to March and cohorts are arranged by leadership experience level: 2-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+/Executive)
